Hi and welcome!
Kanimbla Sanctuary is a refuge and rehabilitation project situated on a lovely 7 acre block in the Kanimbla Valley about 2.5 hours drive from Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
In this blog we are aiming to identify and record any flora and fauna that we find currently on the property and also the changes in the landscape as it transitions away from being almost completely cleared and degraded cattle country back to a more sustainable, balanced and natural environment.
We are also involved in the care and rehabilitation of rescued native wildlife so you will see lot’s of very cute animal photos in our posts as well!
